We're proud to remodel homes throughout Apple Valley and the surrounding south-metro communities. Much of the city went up in the 1970s and '80s — split-levels, ramblers, and two-stories in established neighborhoods like Palomino Hills and Greenleaf — with newer construction ringing Cobblestone Lake on the southeast side. Each era comes with its own opportunities, and we've remodeled our way through most of them.

In the '70s and '80s homes, that usually means opening a closed-in kitchen to the living spaces, updating hall and primary baths still wearing their original tile, and turning split-level lower levels into comfortable, well-lit family space. In the newer Cobblestone Lake–era homes, it's more often finishing a builder-grade basement or upgrading a builder-spec kitchen with the cabinetry and storage the house deserved from the start.

Whatever the vintage, we design to code, pull permits with the City of Apple Valley, and manage every inspection through final sign-off — with one written price before construction starts.
